Car Bogging and Stalling 91 Civic HB
Hello there. I have a 1991 Civic HB and have had a problem develop recently where the car will stall during stops, or low speeds. Typically it bogs to the point of no power (I mash on the gas and get nothing) but I can ususally rev it back up before it stalls. I also notice that when this happens the fuel pump makes a high pitched whining sound. The pump was replaced 20,000 Mi ago and I really don't want to drop the tank if I don't have to. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions of what I could do before resorting to dropping the tank?
Thanks a billion,

Check the fuel pressure. Check the fuel flow rate.
