Default Thinking about converting my car to LS/VTEC what head could i use?

I have a 92 LS im thinking about going LS/Vtec what head should i use? What will i need to get in order to build a LS/VTEC other than the head...If i were to use a civic head what year civic head to use?If i were to use a prelude head would it fit onto my motor?Would i get me HP/TQ because its a bigger head?

Do i have to change my headers when i get vtec or will my headers bolt up the same way?

What 1/4miles sould i expect?I have CAI/H/E/Testpipe...

sounds like you need to do ALOT of researching!!

either stick with a Bseries hybrid motor
or a h22/h23 hybrid motor

For cost: (cheapest way)
get an SI head
and an LS block

u will need to get it (block) machined to accept the bolts of the VTEC head.
http://www.crvtec.com
and do many many more searches on this topic here.

using an LS block and a SI head and your bolt ons will net you 180hp 130ft/lb torque, u will run 14's

there is a GREAT deal in making this engine reliable for high rpms.
u will need to get a good engine builder...u need to add an internal girdle for the block, oil squirters...you WILL need to research this!!

you will need a twin cam head. Either b16a, b17,b18c or b81c5. Personally i would get a b16a.
