Im looking around to find a manual tensioner and came across this on Ebay. Is it the same as the H23 one? Its says it it but I dont know if the ones listed are all interchangeable.

Yes, it appears to be the right part, and koyo is good quality. Buying that one will save you some $ vs. dealership costs.

Everything seems to line up, and maybe its me, but buying important stuff on ebay seems risky to me. Besides, majestic honda sells one for ~34 bucks. You'll have to get a timing belt, balancer belt and tensioner and the two springs. Why not just get all of it at the dealer?

$34 from Majestic. My memory must be failing me, I recently purchased the Manual tensioner swap from Majestic and I swear I paid around $50 for that part. Maybe it was less.
Anyways, Boarderx192, if you're looking to do the swap, like jackstands suggested, get you all the parts from a reputable place. If you have an Si and just need the one part, then ebay may be okay.

if you price all the pieces you need at the dealership, it will come to over $100 easily. Just go to a junkyard, h23's aren't hard to find.
