nothing really 88-89 can work on 90-91s and vise versa, the only differences is that on the 90-91 the corners screw into the lights and the 88-89 the corners screw into the fenders...... correct me if im wrong

how about can crx headlights work on 1988-1991 hb or 4 door civic's?

also 91's and i think 90's has a vent so water wont build up in them,while 88-89's dont

Correct me if I'm wrong but to switch back and forth and retain your corners you need to switch out the "baskets" or the housing frames around them where they bolt to your car from your year to the new ones. This is pretty simple to do after you do it a couple times. I've switched over a 90 sedan to a 88 crx and it went pretty smooth.

The European 88-89 lights are slightly diffrent than European 90-91 model lights. 88-89 light does have separate low and high beam bulbs (h4 low, and H2 high). And the 90-91 lights does have same bulb (h4) to high, and low beam.

yup they are single bulb just like the SiR headlamps
