valvetrain upgrade! What else?
I have a 1st gen b16 and I am haveing a shop install my CTR cams and ITR valve springs and retainers WITHOUT removeing the head. I am also going to replace the LMAs with h22 LMAs using the washer trick. Is there anything else I should have the shop do While there in there?
thanks

^ its cheap insurance... I say do it, so many people skip the LMA's but with alot of these heads that are used, you have no idea how many miles are on them. I always recommend doing it to heads with unknown milage or mild tick if they are out and easily accessable.

well the itr LMAs are like 30 bucks a piece. prelude LMAs work just as good but they are a sligh bit shorter that the ITR so you get a washer and put it in then the lma on top and there you go.
