are you asking if a p&p will make you lose or gain power?

if done correctly, p&p will give you a better flowing head
better flowing head= more power

i know my english is bad, but am guessin you understand what i mean.....p&p if done should gain me power for sure, but if u get my question that am trying to get at....91 OR fuel burns quickly and has less octane in it....usually the longer the fuel burning ignition time, hotter spark, cylinder pressure is the cause to make power as it bursts the exhaust and flow to get their way out of the exh ports and thought maybe these widens ports wont help with 91OR.....will they? ok lets say i do it how far in depth should i go in porting before the porting going to be an overkill?
