hey peps,

go ahead and tease me bc i am a mama's boy.

but to the point, my mother's accord has been having some weird electrical symptioms.

the brake light out light gauge light comes and goes. the green drive light was off for about 6 months then suddenly returned.

and today, door adjar light, brakelamp light, battery light, and the trunk light all came on for no appearant reason. then about 45 mins later they all turned off, properly. then 10 mins alter the ABS light turned on an the car's power was on and off. later the stereo was noticed to have no sound or volume control, not sure when the sound stopped working exactly.

now the ABS light is still on and the volume is silent without control.

any ideas?

Sounds like a dr. seus book... lol i have no idea.. take it to a dealership, my friends 00 accord had the same problem the dealership had to fix it, we tried everything. haunted perhaps? srry i cant offer much help.

 

Sounds like the alternator is toast. Those are some of the symptoms of the alternators that were going bad on the 98-00 v6 accords. Take it to the dealer and there may be a recall on it.
