Thats pretty bad *** though, and yeah, it would be better if the entire body was carbon.

 

I don't like the look, but the performance (light weight is great). I want to see that done with kevlar. Thanks for the pictures...

what..in..the.. f*ck.. were they thinking.

 

On an opinion basis i think all but the seats look dope. Also it is a show car and it looks to mainly be a product/quality display.
for looks
because some of that stuff,like the dash and rear trunk lid, i really would like on my Sol, but who could afford it.

 

Looks blahhh. IMO, that's a lot of wasted material.

 

Any side shots of this civic..I wonder if it has Carbon Fiber RIms??

heh.. no one has more carbon fiber than the owner of a carbon fiber company jonas.

and yes the car has carbon fiber rims, side skirts, fenders, and a front lip.

I want a carbon fiber hatch.

 

There is so much carbon fiber that the car starts to look like it was made out of brushed horse hair. Too much for my taste. But a nice display of what can be done with carbon.

there was a german company about 7 years back that made a carbon rim
full carbon not an overlay
problems with shattering stopped that project
I looked into that ages ago

 

so did i.. too delicate to support all that weight.
