Has anyone used the #16 crane cam for the d16a6? I have been thinking about using it as i have zc pistons and a 75 shot fogger kit. Anyone with similar setups or using it high compression all motor? Any thoughts...

I use to run that cam. The car pulled good at high rpms (6000+), but I had a hard time getting it to idle at all. Low end was a little boggy as well. The cam defintitely makes power, but it's not a good street cam. My gas mileage was crap. But if you want all out top end power, then it's worth it. I would recommend the Crane 251-0012 (stage 2) cam, or a Web stage 2 cam (273-115) for street use.
