Default Finished a swap, no spark?

I have a 94 civic coupe that had a Sohc Vtec motor, just did a swap to an LS. I'm getting fuel but no spark. Got new spark plugs, spark plug wires look good, it cant be anything with da main relay or igniter since my car was fine wit the Single cam. Got all main grounds Thermo, Tranny and block. Starter came wit the tranny which is a 2000 b16 tranny, so the starter cant be the problem. Although the distributor i bought from a guy, didnt come with the motor. Can anyone throw any ideas what it may be?
