I remember I put some on my integra about two years back......the rear was just new bolts that were a little longer and some washers....( hella cheap I thought) and the front were was just different fittings that replaced the two on the ends of the wishbone arms that only had two positions.....I know have a crappy ebay kit on my crx...but I think it is much better than the progress one I used on my teg...

Longer high grade bolts with washers is really all u need in the rear, unless you are constantly changing your camber (which i doubt). The progress kit is a simple kit that gets the job done...are there better kits out there? Yes. (SPC to name one)

I wasn't saying it was all bad or anything....I just felt kinda jipped....because I could have ordered the bolts and washers for a lot less than progress charged...
