all motor b16a sleeve the block????
iam building a all motor b16a set up with 12:1 comp pistons eagle rods and all the good stuff i wanted to find out if i should sleeve the block. it is going to be driven every day. so what do you guys think should i sleeve the block ? if i dont how long do you think the motor is going to last

increasing the block by resleeving it will not make the car any less unreliable.
it would make it even MORE reliable.
soo therefore
resleeving only comes into factor to the funds you have.
if u have the money do it!
people look into doing this cause they do not want a b20 and do not want to change the rodstroke ratio of the b16. B16 has a good ratio 1.7 something.
having a good r/s ratio allows yours motor to be revved higher than redline and still be reliable.
I say get that biatch resleeved and with some good cams raise the redline to 9k or 9500rpms.

it doesn't really matter if you sleeve or not, this is just for more reliablity so your cylinders walls won't crack or anything, you can still rev a b16 high, you just need the valvetrain to do it even with that c/r..
ok thanks man iam getting my valvetrain from rs motorworks. but i dont know what cams i should get

sleeved, best r/s ratio, good valvetrain, rods, pistons, fuel=10,000k muhuhuhahahahahahhahahah well i would feel safe with 9500rpm's well if you get cams that produce power that high i know that todas will see power till 9,500 rpm's
