i just switched to castrol synthetic gear oil and now i am gettin a grind on a 4th upshift but no downshift noise , should i only run honda mtf or hold on to this , it only grinds when it gets warm after thrashin a good bit - any help ?

Just make sure its for the 4wd (but then you'd know that).
