Default good deal?

i want to get a bike. never had one before. i know i dont want a BRAND NEW bike, because like some people here have said, i know im gonna lay it down or drop it at least once.
so anyways, i happen to come accross a couple classifieds locally with people selling their 94 Ninja zx6's, one with only 9k on it, for 1500...is this a good deal?

if i get it, i can get fixed anything minorly wrong, and i'll get it tuned up and change all fluids before riding it...deal?

I'd say any 6 in safe and sound riding condition for $1.5k is a good deal. Especially for someone that doesn't own a bike already.

i agree a 600 would be the best bike to start off with and you cant go wrong on that deal
