Default dc header troubles

All right so heres the issue... i recently replaced the stock header on my 98 civic ex with a dc sports 4,2,1 header.... header went in fine but now all the rubber bushings that hold the exhaust up under the car are all getting pulled off cause the exhaust seems to have shifted towards the front of the car... the only thing that has changed is the header... i checked all the mounting points on the dc header agains the stock header and everything lines up... i did get the car used so i don't know if the cat or the b pipe were swaped out....

Has any one run into this problem before??
Does anyone know the lenght that the cat should be?
And what is the distance from the front of the b pipe to the first hanger suppose to be????

PLEASE ANY HELP!!
