They are called lowering springs. Do some searches for "Springs" in the Integra and Suspension forums and you'll find tons of threads on recommended springs for what you want. There isn't just one "good" kind because it depends how low you want it, what your driving style is, what kind of struts you are going to get, if you want adjustability, etc.

hey SnowPro just stay with reputable companies when choosing lowering springs, do you want ajustability? Go with Coilovers ( basically there lowering springs that you can adjust the ride height ) just want a "set" drop go with lowering springs, make sure when you get the springs you also get the struts ( shocks ) at the same time, why? because the stock shocks cant handle the stiffer spring rates, and remember, when you car is lowered, you need a Camber Kit, to fix the negative camber. hope this helps

Actually you might not need a camber kit depening on how much you lower the car.

Eibach springs are really nice, or if you want coil over slever look at ground control

yeah if you just go with a 1 inch to 1 1/2 inch drop you probably dont need a camber kit, but with 2 inches and more, youll need one

**** guys, i bought a camber kit for my stock ride height car. i always though camber adjustments were for sweet handling, not good looks.

Absulutely, if you don't want the car to eat tyres get a camber kit, (somebody flamed me for saying that before...what an idiot!) The camber is affected as soon as the suspension is lowered or raised, doesn't matter by how much, so if you don't want a lot of negative camber, get a kit. If you don't care about the tyre wear etc. (like me!!) you can lower it without a kit. If I ever buy a set of expensive tyres (which is highly unlikely to be honest!) I will get a kit.
