Since my car started fading and oxidizing.... wanted to repaint my car

I got a coupon for pro 3 package for earl scheib for 299
I've been doing some search half of them were good and half of them were bad
so..Im not satisfied with my search
I was going to ask people who had done their paint job at earl scheib in California specifically(helps narrow my decision....weather, place differ sometimes) and I wanted to see what pro 3 package looks like.....
Best place to go to and worst place that I should avoid.
So far the closest one for me is in San fernando ave. in Glendale

If this one was bad Idea
I still had option 2 and that is doing my paint job my self. the problem is I don't know where to rent the spray paint(i don't even know what to call them) and at least a garage that I could rent for a week that is Close to Glendale or LA or Northridge as much as possible(this way I could work on my moms car too since the car went through the store about 3 yrs ago...and I ll just get parts at junk yard and fix her cars dent). since next week is my spring break and weather looks good....
