Routine tune up

I just found the problem of my car loosing power, it was the cat. After I put it on it seemed like my power and gas milege went away, took it off, gutted it and that solved my problem.

im staright piped wita flex pipe right after the downpipe i dunno y the old owner put that. its just wierd that it got slugish around 3500-4500RPM lately, so if i do complete tune-up cap, rotor, wires, plugs abd oil it should do it?

Not saying it will fix it for sure. I would pull the spark plugs out and take a good look at them, if you don't know what to look for, post them up here. You can tell a lot by a spark plug.

Well of course your gonna loose power after a certain amount of miles, I'm sure your spark plugs look like garbage, and running with no 02 sensor is not helping anything. And just because you got different injectors and a different fuel rail does not automatically mean your running rich. It all depends on what the fuel pressure is set up at.
