Alright i want you to step back and put down the crack pipe. Pull your head out of your *** and look up at the very top post in this forum. I know it might be a little hard to believe but if you just read before you start posting useless questions that have been covered a million times you might will find your answer.

Now if your too dumb to figure out that paragraph out just click this and read......

</TD></TR></TABLE>yes, you need to weld @ least 4 crossbars from one frame rail to the next. I suggest you use 2x4's grade 8 boards and some self tapping screws and lots of JB weld. I would also remove the bumper support and jam another 2x4 between the frame rail then glue it in place with Elmers glue. As far as suspension I would use the springs from a F-150 to hold the extra 300lb extra from the H22. Last but not least I would remove the old mounts and weld the motor and trans permanently to the chassis, that would "strethan" the front end.

J/K....... you just need a good suspension.

You have costume mounts? What do they dress up as, Batman and Robin?

Even batman and robin can't hold the H's torque.

yeah, but if you spell it VTECH then it will hold up alot better. That extra letter makes all the difference. Besides VTECH or VTEC it's still a Vtak!

Just get a decent suspension setup, and also I seen that a company called Korbach came up with something called "frame locks" for a 96-00 civic.

Check it out: https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=997376

If you spell it VTECH, you get stickers and a crappy cordless phone.
Now for the tech part, just focus a little on suspension and you'll be fine. Actually it's one of the first mods I did with my h22 swap. Can't wait to get my car running again. Boost is good!
