Magnaflow cat VS Carsound cat

Magnaflow cat VS Carsound cat
I know Carsound makes the Magnaflow mufflers. Are the Carsound and Magnaflow cats the same??? I'm picking up a JDM DC header today from a local shop and they also sell Magnaflow cats...just wondered if this would be suitable or if I should order a Carsound?

Actually the main company is Car Sound Exhaust System Inc. Magnaflow is a part of Carsound and they make the mufflers and resonators. The cats carry the Car Sound name, so I doubt you'll get a cat in a Magnaflow box.
