Default i just installed my vafc ..... now what ?

i just installed my VAFC . i bought it used . im running a b16 sir II engine my mods are : I/H/E , intake manifold , test pipe , fuel pressure regulator ( set at 38 psi ) im also running a ITR ecu . what should i set my VAFC at ? iknow that for best results its best to get it tuned at a dyno but for now i just want to adjust whats possible . if its WAY safer to have it at stock settings on the VAFC , what are the stock settings ? mainly , what would u guys recommend me having my settings at on my VAFC in the mean time ? wher should i set my vtec point at , etc, etc......... thanks for the help in advance .

dyno-tuning is best. I spent 45 minutes on the Dyno and got 12 more hp to the wheels.

i think once you install it, make sure you initialize it, and it should be at stock settings
