As the topic states. What brands types, good sounding. im having trouble finding anything with 3" inlet.

I asked the same ? about 4 months ago when I was searching. Everyone is pretty much using this muffler. I bought it from this place and it was $7 shipping fee. I have 2 1/2" downpipe and 3" exhaust no cat and no resonator. My exhaust is not loud at all. I love it it has a real deep tone to it. And I painted mine flat black so it looks real stock. no sorry...It sounds really deep no rice sound AT ALL!!!!! the more you give it gas the louder it is but still at WOT it's nothing you'll cry about...I was missing the wastegate seal for 2 weeks and just got it on Monday and now my car sounds great...I would highly recomend this muffler it's straight through and not loud...They make it in stainless if your a BLINGY type but there cracking down REAL hard now here on loud exhaust so I got it in time...

There even giving the Harley's tickets now believe it or not.

 

I'm using the Thermal 3"....sounds nice and deep, not too loud...and definitely not ricey (or else I would have sold it by now haha). I am putting on a 3" downpipe tomorrow (wednesday) and removing the cat. I will try to get some sounds for you.

 

i had one of those ebay apexi n1 style 3" inlet exhuast. had a very nice deep tone..

and for 60 bucks shipped. best investment yet.

No offset. Just straight through. Doesn't have that ricer callsign bumblebee sound to it.

 

I ran the oval as well...painted flat black its sleeper and you cant beat the sound.

You can get a stainless 3" Magnaflow for around $90.

 

thx guys ima check into that. once i get it on Ill record some sound. It will be a couple weeks but i wont forget

 

3" all the way to a Apexi N1 3"inlet turbo can. Loud but deep and serious sounding, no lawnboy sound here....

 

heres a short clip of my 3 inch k teller with a apexi n1 muff. no cat no resonator, very deep sounding on my gsr.... turbo 11psi i was babyin it here tho

How is your magnaflow real loud??? I have straight pipe no cat and mine isn't loud at all.
