WTB: B16 crank pulley, DC Header, AEM CAI 99-00 Civic SI

I going back to N/A I need these things for my 00 civic si:

-OEM B16 crank pulley w/timing marks

-DC Header 4-2-1 of 4-1 good condition

-AEM CAI uncut good condition
