I was just up at Recreational Leisure in Detroit today and saw these. They seem pretty neat and a possible solution to many peoples problems of what to wear when commuting or running errands.
A brief overview: Kevlar lined jeans with removable padding.
Didn't see it when I searched, so I thought I would post up some info. Anyone try these?

I have a pair of their cargo pants. Really comfy**, and the fabric is soft and a little thicker than most regular pants. They really look like regular cargo pants, nobody can tell the difference, it's great.
I haven't wrecked in these...yet
but the website has quite a convincing Product Testing section.

**If you do decide on these in the future, I recommend you go one size bigger than what you normally wear.

BTW, don't ask me if they're the same company or what their affiliations are between each other, because I have no idea. I just know one has different styles than the other.
