why do i keep spinning bearings

Default why do i keep spinning bearings

i had a h23a1 and it spun a bearing in november, i had a h22a put in in december and i just spun another bearing, what am i doin wrong i have a freakin auto i cant rev but to like 7400 i have the stock crank pulley on and all the accessory pulleys and belts... do i just have bad luck or what gettin the motor disassembled soon what should i have done

Are you sure you're installing them correctly? Are you using plastigauge and checking the clearances when building the motor? Are you buying bearings sized for each section? You're using Honda bearing correct? Poor lube would mean that you're running seriously low on oil, which I'd hope isn't the case.

wow that really sucks ***, but you're only going to spin a honda bearing due to shitty lubrication. Most of the time oil is leaking out of the main seal so its probably a good idea everytime you do a teardown to replace ALL of your seals.

No point in paying later for cutting corners.

yep im running all motor right now, i just got the motor fully rebuilt with forge internals

most likely wrong size bearings(big) which will give you too much clearance who ever put your lump together maybe slaped any bearings with out checking the clearances with plastic gauge or precision tools (best method). live and learn.

nah it was the stock h23 motor, and then i put in a used jdm h22 neither have ever been tore apart i changed the oil every 3000 miles with mobil 1 synthetic and a k and n oil filter

my parents are makin me get a v6 now which is really gay considerin my lude out runs most all v6s and a few v8s, but one day when i get some more money i will be able to bring the lude back thanks for all the help on here

Did you use non-synthetic oil to break the parts in and then switch to synthetic?
