Lamin-X Yellow Headlight Film?
I wonder how people apply them to CTR headlights... seeing how the shape of 96-00 headlights are, is it hard to put the film over it esp on the top part since the film might end up wrinkling or folding due to the irregular shape of the headlight, not like the flat one like the one shown on that jetta
I lamin-x'ed the fog lights on my DC5...total cost $12.90

how was it applied? is there a sticky back to the film? or do you spray an adhesive to the headlight?

I wouldn't spray them. If you get the yellow ion bulbs and the lamin-x lens then that should be yellow enough. Sorry I don't have any night pics.

Check this link out, not sure if this is that film, but it is a yellow tinted headlight.

Me and a buddy just bought and put yellow lamin-x on our fogs (eg and ek). They look just like the way GS-R Jay's dc5 fogs turned out. Very easy to apply. Just clean the lens off with water or soap and water (if you use a chemical-based cleaner make sure to rise them off with water afterwards or the lamin-x will not stick to it). After you peel the film from the backing, make sure to not touch the sticky part where you are going to put over the fogs or it'll elave an ugly print. Stick on and trim the edges with a razor blade or exacto knife and you're set.
