amp in the back seat?

amp in the back seat?
has anyone ever done that? i want to gut the back of the back seats and put an amp in there. hwo can i do it? im thinkin maybe some light steel or aluminum or light plywood. make a hole for the amp and pop it in. i have an sudibahn 2300 HCT andwell its so damn big i can't fit it anywhere. any ideas would be greatful. thanks
