CEL code P0452 Fuel Tank Pressure (FTP) Sensor Circuit Low Voltage

After I installed my JDM itr cluster i got this code CEL code P0452 Fuel Tank Pressure (FTP) Sensor Circuit Low Voltage. Anyone experienced this problem before? and how did you fix it?
