Default 94 oem prelude springs to raise a 95 accord....and its still slammed

we put 94 prelude springs into a 95 accord to raise it up for inspection. it did raise a little but still looks like a dropped car. the struts were replaced with new ones too. Could it be that the prelude springs cant support the weight of the accord?

The prelude is heavier than the accord...couldnt be the springs.....
