I used the grommet where the evaporator coil was.
You might be able to feed it through there even with ac.

- through the rubber grommit under the fuse box that has the engine wiring harness pass through
- through the cruise control cable hole, if the cruise control is removed
- through the passenger side hole on the side, above the ECU / behind the dash, on the right, that allows the wiring harness for the door to pass through. This lets you into the fender, and from there, to the engine bay.

the red line in the picture traces a the stock wiring harness, it was put there for another thread, but it helps in this explination.
The last one is the most concealed, most professional looking, but the most difficult to do, as its best done by taking the fender off. You might be able to get to if if you take the fender liner out, but I'm not sure.

yeah depending on the gauge of the wire, so far i have gone two different places
the heater core has aa drain that goes to the outside thru a ruber gromet, i just cut a chunk out of that..
also the diverter valve for the heater core is cable controled and there is a rubber gromet that the cable goes thru and i just poked a hole thru that its very thin, and ran some wiring. definatly wiring stuff thru the firewall is a bitch,

as mentioned above, it depends on the thickness of the wiring.
small gauge wires for things like foglight relays or whatever have a lot more options then the copper garden hose used for huge amps, battery relocation, etc.

Behind the fuse box. Remove the fuse box and you can poke wires down into the passenger's side cabin. I've managed to cram a 0 gauge wire and a whole bunch of 16-20 gauge wires in there, so it's a pretty big hole.

Confirmed, can get to it (easily if skinny) by taking off the fender lining. I used the spare fuse slot where my 4ws *would* be if I had it. Ran the wire into this fender grommet, then into the cabin through the wire harness hole shown above. Ends up being behind the kickpanel. With the hood up you can only see maybe an inch of exposed wire.
It developed a leak because I didn't reseal it well. So be sure to make a good seal on any grommet you go through.

Yah, I think Greyout has the best solution. I went here and you can fit all sorts of **** down that grommet! I fit my 4 gauge power wire, boost nylon wire, all sorts of other wires that I needed to run into my cabin! So much room down there and it goes directly into the cab and you don't need to run it through the side of the door.
