I got a simular setup with Ih8Ricerz:
GC coils/ Tokico Illuminas
Ingalls front & rear camber kit
ITR rear sway w/ BSQ kit
Don't really count the inches of drop... I just adjust to where it meets my driving standards.

It's a subframe reinforment kit to help eliminate subframe tearout that is prone to occur when an ITR swaybar is mounted on a non-ITR Integra or other Honda.
It's one of three options I know to reinforce the subframe...
BSQ subframe reinforcement kit (http://www.geocities.com/bretq/mounting_kit.html)
BEAKS subframe reinforcement kit (http://www.beaksproducts.com)
COMPTECH tie-bar/subframe reinforcement (http://www.comptechusa.com)
BSQ - $20-25
BEAKS - $65
COMPTECH - $190 on eBay, seller aofeparts
Personally, I have the BEAKS kit, but I am considering changing to the COMPTECH piece. Since I have already installed the BEAKS kit (which means removing a tack welded nut) I will probably have to continue using the back half of the BEAKS kit.

Koni Yellow Neuspeed SP3 Shocks
Eibach Sportline springs (1.7" claimed drop)
Ingalls Camber Kit F+R
Comptech 22mm Rear Swaybar
Brand-X both upper strut bars + both lower tie bars

I am riding on the "stock" perches on my konis, but in the front I have the ABS bracket removed, dropping the car another 0.5" or so. I would say theres about a 2.5" drop in the front, and a 2" drop in the back.... not too slammed w/ 17's.
