93 preludesi h23a1. when the little square steps on the end of the cams on distrubuter side, are in line with the arrow on cams retainer and the crank set tdc (white mark on fly whheel that can be seen through peeper hole) are all in line this is perfect time??????

 

there are also marks on the cam gears that should be pointing at eachother, and also another mark on the cam gear that points up, perpendicular to the top of the head.
