yeah it is definately the cv joint, if not the entire axel, a haynes from autozone for like $12 will walk u through it, or u can get a helms (www.helmsinc.com i think) will go into more detail, plus tells u how to do everything else with the car, its a factory repair manual, but the clicking is definately the cv

in a nutshell you can do this

remove tie rod and big-**** nut on wheel
rotate wheel out
remove driveshaft

reverse to install.

I am pretty sure you will not have to take the ball joint off buy you might.

with an impact wrench it should take about 15 mins a side.

I doubt that one mechanic at a dealership could do it that fast, and certainly not anyone who's never done it before!

I watched a mechanic at my friends goodyear shop do my axle in about 15 mins all by himself. It isn't that hard if you have the proper tools. ( i don't)

When the honda dealer changed my timing belt, it took 1 guy 90 minutes from start to finish.

yeah, i guess the ball joint is the biggest thing

even with the pry tool it was a bitch! My dad and i went so far as to wrap a chain around it and use a two ton bottle jack to push it out with no effect!!! What finally did it was out of desperation we got out the air chisel and hammered on it. Sprayed it with WD40, went in for dinner, and it popped right out. I also couldn't get the tension bar or whatever the hell its called back in place, the bar with the huge rubber mounts near the bumper.
