Anyone here use 215/40/18's? Any problems with those?
I have 215/35/18s now and i have to replace my tires. i wanna go with 215/40 because they're cheaper and hopefully that'll help me a bit with potholes and etc. anyone here use them or knows someone that does? would there be any negative effects using those? thanks

215/40/18 will put you at 5.7% slower than stock
215/35/18 will put you at 2.0% slower than stock
if you dont care about speedo readings, then go with the 215/40 for the larger sidewall.
on a side note, your crazy running 18s around MA! good luck keeping those wheels straight.
