Has anyone had a problem with their interior sunroof panel rattle or make some really annoying noises when going over bumps or just driving. Mine seems to not close completely tight or it just vibrates around the entire thing. Are there any ways to fix this problem that i might not know of . I have tried to fix it by takeing the whole thing out and shimming it buy to no avail!!!! Anyone else have this prob!!

I have a 94 accord LX with an after market roof and something rattles up there (I think it has to do with drain plug) but my roof still works just fine even after 11+ years of service. IF you want take the headliner down and see what you can find out.

i have that rattling problem. not as bad as your story but as annoying

 

i ahve taken my headliner down and have checked it. Its not really that bad its just im a crazy man when it comes to my car i think part of it has to do with the fact that the sunroof panel and the headliner are covered in vinyl and they clap together it just pisses me off. Also the ring that goes around to seal the headliner to the sunroof opening doesn't sit completely flush and that squeaks to, just freakin annoy if i go over any bump just a pain!

 

ive got a slight rattle, but it happens all the time, and doesnt get worse with bumps...its very quiet, but just a little rattleing sound
