for a grand u can usually get intake, header, exhaust. if its completely stock then thats what u would want to do first. if it already has intake and exhaust hten u may want to look into some cams, cam gears, or some suspension work like some shocks, upgraded strut bars some coilovers or springs. man what ever u wanna do let it be!

Since you got a GSR, be very careful on how you mod it ( exterior wise ) the thieves are out there...........

Really depends on what ur goals are for the car.

What do YOU want to do with the car ?

Security first. And if there is an alarm already installed, layer your security. After this, I'd suggest suspension.

I'd suggest suspension first then power. A GSR already has a decent amount of power. Before you buy anything, are you gonna install the shiet yourself? If not...consider in labor, unless you got buddies who'll help you out

EXhaust, intake, headers if you don't have them already, if you do, get some nice *** rims if you don't like the stock ones, if you do like em, get some springs/coilover system or simple enough just leave it stock and wait until you have more money for a greddy turbo

Eww! A Gsr! You should sell it to me for a dollar. LOL. No, I would say do security first. Integra are a top target for thieves. I would even consider going to lowjack and having it installed. Then maybe you have a good chance of getting the car back before it is stripped and maybe even catching the f**k*r. Lets face, anything else can be gotton around but if you hide lowjack really good, you can at least get your car back. This is what I plan to do as soon as I get my engine in. I do believe they charge you a little per month but I could be wrong. I was just thinking that since it is a system maintained by someone else, they would have a monthly charge. It is something that you and probably everyone else on this board should consider.

BTW- Almost forgot to add, theives do have places that can shield the low jack signal or fry the module or whatever but most of those theives are the ones that take high end cars(porsche, lambo, etc.) I don't think the ones jacking tegs have that sort of equipment.

lowjack doesn't charge per month. you just pay for the module and the installation which is around 600-700 i believe. it is a sound investment since i just got my gsr jacked just lasty week. its way worth the money for the lowjack.

as for mods i have a 97 gsr head freshly ported by portflow and some CTR cams with about 2k miles on them. the head has crower ti retainers with dual springs and ITR valves. slight mill but still within spec. if your interested let me know. im selling these for dirt cheap since i need the money for a new car. hit me up.

I was gonna say Suspension, but those guys are right. You need SECURITY first. If you have a GSR, it will get stolen sooner or later. Might as well make it later, right?

I'd also go with suspension first. Also, make sure you invest in a good security system.

i agree with turbo. since i did get jacked i am learning from my mistakes although hard ones. dont get an autolock, it just doesnt work. a 2 way pager system is good but not great. lowjack is the way to go or some other tracking system.
