dose anybody know if h23 exhaust will bolt up to a h22?

 

yes it will.
Assuming they are both 4th gens and you are talking about Cat-back exhaust.

 

headers down...basically i need to know if the headers will work? from the h23...

and yes its a 4th gen....

headers can NOT be interchanged, no......from the CAT back, they are identical

 

I did the conversion yesterday , H23 downpipe will not fit onto the H22a headers, H23 downpipe is slightly smaller flange aswell as pipe size.... H22a Downpipe can fit onto the H23a catback with some modification but if its stock it will choke the VTEC...better off doing the full exhaust
