Avital Phoenix 2 - ALARM HELP
First of all - does the removal of an ECU have anythign to do with the alarm??
A few days ago, some fire trucks came by and set my alarm off when i was gone, since then, when i would arm/disarm my car, the alarm would freak out and just not arm properly, after messing with the buttons and the little switch, ive got it to arm/disarm.. but it now will NOT lock my doors...
and when i open and close my door with it armed, the alarm does not sound..
My car now is like locked on Starter disable... and i cant program it, it seems like it just doesnt work..
on pg 10 in the owners manuel it says :
"Turn the ignition key to the ON postion."
"WIthin 10 seconds, begin flickering the valet switch on and off. The siren will chirp once each time you filck the switch on then off."
"Continue flickering the switch on and off, counting the number of chiprs."
There are different codes to each number of times you flip the switch, but when i try this, THERE ARE NO CHIRPS
If anyone has comprehended this correctly and can offer any help, please do!
