Well like the title says. It's mostly from a 2nd to 3rd gear shift when it won't go into 3rd gear completely (or at all) and pops backs out. It does this alot. Anyone else experience something similar? Any help will be appreciated.

Sounds like syncros bro. Mine did the same thing. 3rd was hard to engage, and sometime while in third it would pop out.
If you are still under warranty take it back and have it services. There is a bulletin regarding the syncros.

yea same with me...i've heard cold weather affects it somewhat??
