hi.. i just got my 2nd gen teg.. its 91 gs.. and i have no idea wat do do wif it.. i got it for 1g and body is in good condition.. only prob is the engine.. wat should i do ... i heard about ppl puting b16 into the tegs but i dun get why.. pls help me point to the right direction.. thanks you all.. im just new wif tegs.. i have an accord so they are different cars.. any help is apprciated.. thanks

dont mean to be a salesman but i have brand new set of nuespeed sport springs for your car, they have never been used my friend got and then totalled his car before he put them on. $100 give yah somewhere to start..

 

go here g2ic.com, and people use those motors cause they are very easy to get, and cause it has VTEC

well congrats on getting ur car... well a b16 swap is pretty straight forward lots of high end but very little on the low end.... its a great motor if you dont mind revving a bit higher to move around... I myself would go with a b18c w/ a hydro tranny of ur choice ex( jdm xsi might be a chance it could come with lsd or a tranny of a 92-93 gsr) b18c has a bit more ommph 127-8lbs of tq compared to 111lbs.

But before you start dropping money ask urself what do you want to achieve... turbo or NA. i'm sure you will want to keep it as ur daily.. so let us know what you want out of ur car so we can help u out more. good luck
