Default 98 gsr in with 91 dizzy.

I was wondering what the firing order would be for a 98 gsr with a 91 distributor. Like what order the spark plugs go in cuz I just swapped my gsr in and its running like crap boggin really bad idk what to do. These is no CEL and no codes spittin out. And that last time i started it stalled out and now I cant even get it started.

last time i checked all the 4 banger hondas were 1-3-4-2 for the firing order. I know igniter units can be an issue on these cars.

I dont understand this 1-3-4-2 order. Need to see like a picture or something. like the top left on the dizzy 3. the top right is 4. the bottom left 1 and the bottom right is 2

the firing order doesn't mean nothing, the dizzy wont work because its obd0 dizzy and your car is obd2, the odb2 dizzy have only one set wire to connect to the wire harness while the obd0 & obd1 had 2 set of wires...try to replace all your ignition parts then go from there

I got it started a couple times after and it stalled out then I havent got it to start since then. Now everything is connected no CEL or Ecu codes idk what to do

so you went from a obd2 to obd0 , thats kinda stupid , so , you changed the harness just to do that , because you do know all the plugs from obd0 are different from the 0bd1, 0bd2 - maybe it was to do with the wiring if thats what you did - and just to point out and you don't say its another car the thread name reads 98 gsr with 91 dizzy

I put a 98 Gsr in my 91 Integra Im sorry I didnt point that out. I used the stock harness and just added Vtec. Its no different then wiring a b16. We were thinking its a bad distributor. I dunno I ll find out today I got off work for 2 days and I am gonna work on it over and over. Till its done this time

i have a 98 gsr head and plan to use a obd1 dizzy not a obd2 dizzy, many engine swappers told me its not a problem. take the dizzy to autozone and let them test it.
