Need wheel advice

i got a very good deal on a 97 Honda civic hatch DX Auto and I m thinking to put on some 18" Axis racing wheels because i always think 18" or above is more baller style. (sorry, i m not one of those JDM wannabe running 15" kind of guys) Does anyone know where I can pick up those at a decent price? And is 18" the largest I can go without modification?

yeah you need to raise it 3"
