i think im runnin lean.. can anyone else tell for sure?

and when did u pull that plg out. looks more like u were cruising on it for 10 min before u took it out

Is it just me or does the center of the spark plug on the first pic look melted or slotted or something abnormal.

The color doesn't look terrible. Go rip on it through a few gears then immediately pull them out and show us what they look like.

ls/vtec 11.6:1 compression. intake, stock gsr header ctr cams...ive gotten on it a few times and drove over 600 miles in the last two days... i put the plugs in two days ago.

yah they are the NGK v-power plugs

Oh ok that makes sense. Looking at the plugs I don't think you are running terribly lean. There are no white spots or flaking. The top of the plug still looks black. Everything is still intact.

its running normal, looks maybe like its running a little hot but still looks fine.

try one step colder plug, run a bkr7e, thats to hot of a plug w that compression

What kind of ignition are you running.

If MSD with coil I like wider gaps like .038-.039

If stock ignition I would stick with .034

A wider gap will burn the mixture more efficiently if you have a hot enough ignition to jump that wide gap properly. In my experience I think .034-.036 is the most I would go with stock ignition.

PLEASE put some Anti-Seize on those plugs! Please do it for me! I always use anti-seize on my plugs, also try NGK plug R5671A-8, you could probably even go with the 7s with your CR.
