Default panasonic head unit w/ cd changer controls

i have seen other brands like alpine, kenwood, and pioneer have cd changer controls built into the hu, and there is a way to play an mp3 player through it with an adapter cable. i have a panasonic cq-df583u that has cd changer capability, but i can not find the changer adapter that comes out to rcas. i dont know what the pins look like on the back of it either.

i was lookin through my manual and it shows some rcas that connect to the cd changer, but there is also a round plug for the cd changer control.
