h23 vtec
https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=510617 thats the link to the h22/h23 hybrid - haven't read through it, so i don't know if it has the information - you should try posting in the Hybrid section....they should know
the reason you havent found this **** anywhere is because there is not an H23 vtec unless you do it yourself, theres no JDM h23 vtec
edit- like the link above says its a hybrid, you can build it yourself but to the best of my knowledge theres no stock H23 vtec.

Dude - don't try to argue - just LISTEN! There is NO h23 Vtec from the factory - the swap is done by personalized people - if they're selling it - its because they did the swap !!! .... Like we said before - try looking in the hybrid section - thats why its called a hybrid(two or more different motor/parts pieced together to make have a new/different outcome).

To respond to your link - notice the picture in the "H23 VTEC!!" and notice the picture of the "F20B motor" notice that they are both the same PICTURE!!!! hmm.....lets think about that....

that post should have all the info you need - all i know is that the block of the h23 is 2.3 and the h22 is 2.2....i really haven't looked into the hybrid motor -
Someone did tell me once that the H23/H22 hybrid won't rev as fast - don't quote me on this - i'm just sharing what he told me - why? I don't know...ask PrecisionH23a
