so i did some research on ti.net and found the way to get rid of the window rattling in my drivers side door is to reach into the door cavity and put that peice of rubber strapping back onto the window track.

ive done it about 8 times now but the window just keeps sliding it back down off the track. what the hell am i doing wrong?

it there some trick to getting it to stay on after it's come off?
