GOD@!&* Woman drivers
well woke up this morning and went outside to throw the trash out and c this peice of paper under my wiper some chick hit my right rear quarter pannel right above the seam from the rear bumper. How hard are quarter pannels to fix this, ive heard u cant really fix them. this is kind of a bad pic cause it was so bright out but this is the damage. Thank god she left a note i would be livid if someone hit it and left me to pay for it

yup its part of the frame, dont unbolt. Usually, cut out of a good quater panel, weld in place of your bad part. Sucks. You could take it to a dent repait place, but it looks kinda bad.

easy fix at any body shop, pull it out fill it in respray 1/4 should only be under 500 bucks or so maybe a little more i wouldnt charge more than that...but i dont know why your pissed man. she left a note be nice to her have her pay for it because because 9/10 times u would be paying for that your self most people dont even leave a note u had a lucky day..

i know what you mean..girl hit my car..and the one behind me..while being park! but she did not have insurance or a license! i only had liability...she messed up my driver side fender/door..luckily my neighbor ran out the house to stop her from drivin off..now shes payin it off....women drivers
well some have the belief that i was mean to her, no i wasnt the initial shock hit me and i was pissed off actually the first thing i said to her was thanking her for leaving a note cause its so rare.
yours is nothing, my neighbor backed into my quarter panel once, it was way worse than yours.
Anyway, the bodyshop told me it would be best to replace the quarter panel, meaning drilling out the spot welds and welding on a new one.
The bodyshop did a pretty good job and it still looks gread.
As long as you didnt get hit and run, just be thankful.

Heyy.. i wouldn't be singling out women drivers specifically. I've been in 2 accidents, and 50% of them were caused by a guy(1 out of 2 haha). So in my book...guys are just as bad as girls, and my brother has totalled two cars in a year.
daaamn man sry to hear ... my friend actuallly jsut got hit like 3 hours ago by a woman who made left right in front of him..
my car is totaled right now.. some gay kid smashed into me........ females...........

I agree, you were lucky with the whole note thing, be thankful for that. I would deffinetly disagree about the rapair cost though. I estimate it to be more like a grand or a little more. I was rear ended last summer and there was no visible damage, but estimated cost to fix was 600 bucks. Your damage looks rough! Good luck with that bro!

As a woman driver who underwent the same situation not too long ago (except a guy hit my parked car), it's actually easier to go about it this way because they usually want to pay cash and not mess with insurance, which takes forever.
the same **** happened to me on my driver side... now the rear quarter panel kinda goes in and the middle piece between my bumper and my hatch is misaligned, plus it was a hit and run. so consider yourself lucky
i have to agree at least she was nice enough to leave a note. yea she could have been a hell of a lot smarter by not hitting your car. but just think of how pissed you would have been to just see your car no note and have to come out of your pocket for the expense.
