Default wtf?!?! steering wheel hub wont go on!!!

Hey I just got this new steering wheel hub/quick release thing and i cant get it to slide on for the life of me. I removed my old steering wheel(stock) but then when i tried to slide the new hub onto the spline it just would slide on, like it was too small or something, it seemed very close but wouldnt go. I still have the SRS plate or whatever on, do i need to remove that? Should i put some oil on the new hub would that help?

Very confused/frustrated, this hub is supposed to fit 92-95 civics.....

Help!

its easy, you just undo the wire harness and it should slide off, or maybe it did have screws, either way it was so easy I can't even remember. Play with it a bit and look around, you'll find it. Ironnically i need one now so if you wanted to sell me yours when you get it of let me know.
