Okay, I am tryin to get my car registered with the CA state B.A.R. (completely legalize swap etc...). I can pass at a reg station no prob, but I am worried b/c my header has no C.A.R.B. EO so will that automatically fail me? And anyone know of a good ref station to go to in LA Riverside County areas? And how to get the process rolling?

 

I know for sure you will not get Bar'd (wont pass visual) if your header has no CARB number on it. Hope that helps.

Just go to the junkyard and find a stock header. Put the heat shield back on. Thats it.
