Backfiring
Backfiring 5 times in one day then the next none? anybody know?
I installed CAI then the next day backfires like 5 times then today not one yet i drove 3x more than i did yesterday.
Any ideas guys?

Did you reset your ECU? If not then theres your problem. Increase in air flow and air intake will cause your ECU to try to bring it back to orignal specs. Just reset it and then let it just sit and idle for like 10 min. without pushing on the gas. After that vroom vroom!
Had the same problem with my short ram. Idle way off and just acting up (no backfiring though). Reset and it's all good

Check for a leaking exhaust, backfire means you have too much additional air in the exhaust.
Unless your meaning backfire inside the mainfold then your running to lean.
